In Store Purchase Returns Policy

You're are welcome to exchange your in store purchase within 14 days. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, tags on.

Due to Health Regulations we cannot accept returns or exchanges on; earrings, tights and socks.

To complete your  exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We do make exceptions for Gifts so please ask staff for a note to be written on receipt for an extended exchange time frame of 4 weeks. We are happy to exchange Christmas gifts purchased in the months of November / December, until January 5th the following year.

If you have a query regarding an exchange please contact the store where you made your purchase.

Online Purchase Returns Policy

Full Price Items

You're are welcome to return or exchange your online purchase of a full price item within 14 days. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, tags on. We recommend using express post to be received within the time frame to be eligible for a refund to avoid disappointment. Or in person.

Due to Health Regulations we cannot accept returns or exchanges on; earrings, tights and socks. Gift Cards are not eligible for refunds.

To complete your  exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, please include your receipt and complete the returns form.

We do make exceptions in time frames for Gifts so please add a note of GIFT to your online order for an extended exchange time frame of 4 weeks. We are happy to exchange Christmas gifts purchased in the months of November / December, until January 5th the following year.

Sale items

Sale items are returnable for exchange only; unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. To complete your exchange, please include your returns form and what you would like to exchange it for, or a Credit Note.

Refunds  - only available on Full Price items purchased online

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Once approved your refund will be processed, you will receive a refund notification via email. Online refunds are made directly back to you via the original payment form; Credit Card or AfterPay. Credit Card refunds can take up to 3 business days depending on your bank.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Quality Control

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, or have a Quality Control enquiry please send an email to amanda@leonardstreet.com.au with images of the issue.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

To return your product, all information is on your return slip included, please return in person or by mail to the store address on the receipt and returns form. Or to our Gertrude St Store: 132 Gertrude St, Fitzroy, VIC 3065.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary, we recommend express post to avoid delays.

Please add the signature on delivery sticker for Australia Post in order to insure safe delivery of your item.
